Terry Yorath

In total, Terry Yorath was capped by the Welsh national team on a staggering 59 occasions and he later on went to become the manager of his nation. He played for various clubs during his successful career, including, Leeds United between 1967 and 1976, Coventry City between 1976 and 1979 and Bradford City between 1982 and 1985. He finished his career off playing for Swansea City before going into management.

Dave Clements

Dave Clements made 21 appearances for the Northern Ireland national football team between 1964 and 1971 while at Coventry City. Clements made his international debut for the club in March 1965 against Wales and scored the first of his two international goals against Scotland in 1967. He later on was installed player – manager of Northern Ireland. In total he made 48 appearances for his nation. He is considered by many to be one of Coventry’s finest ever football players.
