Tommy Hutchinson

Hutchinson started off his playing career in Scotland playing for Alloa Athletic before signing for Blackpool in 1968. In the summer of 1972, Hutchinson signed for Coventry City and soon established himself in the starting line up. He was regarded as one of the most skilful players in the football league and spent eight years playing at Highfield Road between 1972 and 1980 and went on to make over 350 appearances for the club before signing for Manchester City. He helped Man City reach the 1981 FA cup final and finished his playing career off in America.
