Cyrille Regis

Regis joined West Brom in the year 1977 under the managerial guidance of Ron Atkinson. Regis made an instant impact at the Hawthorns being named as the young player of the year in 1978 and earned five England international appearances. Regis went on to make over 250 appearances for West Brom scoring nearly 90 goals for the club before moving on to play for Coventry City between 1984 and 1991. At Coventry he was most notable for scoring the winning goal in the 1987 FA Cup final against Spurs. He moved to Aston Villa at the start of the 1991 – 1992 campaign, spending two years with Villa before playing for Wolves, Wycombe and Chester city.
